Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups grated coconut


  • 1/2 cups jaggerry ,crumbled


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 tsp ghee for greasing plate


  • 2 tbsp mix dry fruits,finely chopped

Directions

  • Firstly Add ghee, grease a plate and keep aside
  • Take coconut and jaggery in a pan and cook in medium flame
  • Keep stirring continuously until the mixture starts coming together leaving sides of the pan.Add Cardamom powder and mix dry fruits and mix.
  • Remove from flame and add the coconut mixture to a greased plate. Spread.
  • Allow cooling. Cut into squares shape.
  • Garnish with chopped dry fruits
